Responsibilities

The General Administration Department is responsible for:

1. Direction and administration of all other departments.
2. Management of pay and salaries of employees.
3. Grant of loans to employees.
4. Maintaining records of all employees.

Departmental Leadership

The department is headed by:

• Secretary
• Joint Secretary
• Officer on Special Duty (OSD)
• Superintendent
• Upper Divisional Assistant (UDA)
• Lower Divisional Assistants (LDA)

IT Section (Under General Administration Department)

The IT Section is a part of the General Administration Department of GHADC, created in 2004, and is responsible for several critical technological functions.

1. Maintaining Hardware and Software.
2. Development of Software and Applications.
3. Monitoring System Performance.
4. Data Storage and Backups.
5. Cybersecurity.
6. Application Management.
7. Troubleshooting and IT Support.
